My alarm didn't ring
Check that Alarmadillo has the Alarms permission in Settings › Alarmadillo, that the alarm's switch is on in the app, and that your ringer volume is up. Then use "Test wake-up" on the Home screen to hear it.
Why does it keep ringing?
That's "Re-ring until done". Stopping the alarm from the Lock Screen doesn't count, so Alarmadillo rings again every minute (up to 15 times) until you finish the challenge. You can turn this off for any alarm in the alarm editor.
Did I lose my streak?
A morning counts when you finish the challenge on time. If you miss a day and have a streak shield, it's used automatically and your streak survives. You can see shields on the Streak screen.
How do I change my goal or weekend time?
Go to Me › Wake-up goal. You can set different times for weekdays and weekends, or turn weekend alarms off.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Me › Account › Delete account. Your data is erased within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
